    As a community leader and advocate, the Alliance on Aging provides services and resources that address the challenges and opportunities of aging.

    About Us

    Alliance on Aging was established in 1970 by a group of concerned local citizens who wanted to help seniors remain safely in their homes for as long as possible. This volunteer-driven organization which began as a single program and a handful of volunteers is now a multipurpose agency with over 200 volunteers. The largest non-profit of senior services in Monterey County, last year Alliance on Aging reached out to 14, 000 seniors providing direct services to 7, 000 individuals.
