New Life Community Church

About Us

We are a Christian Church (non-denominational) helping regular people rediscover Jesus and working at changing the neighborhoods where we live. To better serve people in our city, we have opted to gather in many communities and a variety of venues. We currently meet in 27 Chicagoland locations. Approximately 7000 people call New Life their spiritual home. We would love to see you this Sunday at one of our New Life locations!

Our Six Core Beliefs

The Bible

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the infallible, authoritative Word of God.

God

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

Salvation

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration of the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

The Church

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

Our Six Core Values

Cooperation

We value a spirit of cooperation not competition in our language and attitudes in ministry.

Excellence

We value excellence shown in the quality and creativity of our work because we are a reflection of God.

People

We value people and seek to treat each person with respect and dignity as made in the image of God.

Positive Outlook

We value a positive outlook energized by faith and hope that finds solutions and takes initiative to overcome challenges.

Integrity of Character

We value integrity of character that allows us to engage in our mission without compromising our testimony.

Spiritual Life

We value spiritual life and believe we can fulfill the mission of Jesus only when we are walking closely to him.
