About Us
RCAA is a private nonprofit that provides a wide range of services to homeless, low-income people. We are comprised of several divisions and programs - Energy and Environmental services, Adult and Family Services programs, Natural Resources services, AmeriCorps program, and the Youth Services Bureau. Our long term goal is to develop programs through which people can become self-sufficient and empowered to improve their own lives.
