About Us
Kisauni lands lobby group is a community based organization which was established way back in 2001.The organization was formed as a result of land problems that were affecting people within coast region such as (issue of ground rent paid to non existing landlords and agents, rampant increment of ground rents, improper planning of houses, approval of building plans by municipal officials without going to the sites for verification, forced evictions from the land by auctioneers. At its inception, the organization had 30 members and currently has 2560 members who are actively involved in the activities of the organization.
