Memoir is emerging as both a multimedia art form and an essential channel for the preservation of everyday history.
MEMOIR (and) is a nonprofit literary journal dedicated to nurturing this burgeoning genre, publishing traditional and experimental narratives including autobiography, diary, essay, reportage, and poetry, as well as epistolary, flash, graphic and photographic memoirs. We particularly invite submissions that push the boundaries of traditional form and content in their exploration of the representation of self. We also just love a memoir well-told.
