Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis is a small, diverse, Chicago-style professional storefront theatre dedicated to producing new and contemporary plays by underrepresented playwrights from all over the world.

COMPANY PROFILE

Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis produces new work executed by a diverse group of artists. Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis will be a forty-seat, non-profit Equity theater company focused on staging new and contemporary plays by voices from all communities in the vibrant and rapidly growing neighborhood of Fountain Square, Indianapolis. Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis will stage productions in the style of Chicago storefront theaters: small, intimate house; raw, emotional truth. Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis is an incorporated and tax-exempt non-profit founded by noted former Chicago theater artist Ronan Marra, who will serve as Artistic Director.

Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis will program the newest and most cutting-edge plays from around the globe. They will be produced in the most intimate performance space in town, featuring actors, designers and directors from both the Indianapolis and Chicago areas.
