  • Mission

The mission of CASA of Coos County is to recruit, train and supervise volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children. CASA volunteers are appointed by a juvenile court judge to speak up in court for the children and monitor their cases until they are placed in safe and permanent homes.

    About Us

We have an obligation to ensure the basic rights and needs of every child are met in our community. CASA volunteers fight for these rights. Every child who cannot safely live at home should have a CASA volunteer who will help ensure the safe passage out of foster care and into the arms of a safe and loving family where that child will grow up and be treated with dignity and respect.
