Peds Patch Neighborhood Garden

This is an open-source garden in which everyone works the entire plot and all produce is free for the taking in a first-come first-serve manner. Any excess is donated to organizations in town that can distribute it to low-income or other high risk groups that may not have access to fresh vegetables. The intent is to teach others about growing food, environmental literacy, healthy diet and foster a sense of community between members.
