    Hubbard Place Apartments is a 230-unit apartment building located in Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C. All 230 apartments are occupied by low-income residents with Section 8 rental assistance. The owners of the building and the Tenant Association are committed to providing on-site resident services in order to:

    • To improve the quality of life for residents • To create a healthier and more sustainable community • To empower residents by involving them in decision making • To encourage successful tenancies • To create a platform of opportunity and stability in the community The goals of the Resident Services Program are the following:

    • To improve the academic achievement for those in school • To provide job skills for those capable of entering the job market • To improve the quality of life for those who are retied, disabled, or infirm • To provide social services referrals to those who suffer from abuse, neglect, drug addition, depression, ect.
