Housing Resources of Western Colorado

The mission of Housing Resources of Western Colorado (HRWC) is to provide affordable housing and to promote the wise and sustainable use of resources. HRWC also serves the development needs of the communities in non-entitlement areas. HRWC offers education and awareness programs, opportunities for community revitalization and the provision of decent, safe and affordable housing for those with low to moderate income.
