  • Mission

Our mission is to connect children with autism through unique tennis programs, and to develop and advance proven methods to positively impact the children, families and communities we serve.

    About Us

ACEing Autism was founded in 2008 by Richard Spurling and Dr. Shafali Jeste in Boston, MA, where the first location at The Longfellow Club was launched in Wayland MA with 15 children with autism. Since 2008, ACEing autism has grown into a vibrant volunteer organization across American, and currently serves over 1,000 youth and adults through our 63 program locations in 25 states and 3 countries.

ACEing Autism is a 501c3 non profit organization that makes tennis accessible for children with autism through specially designed tennis clinics that use tennis as a means to enhance health and fitness, hand-eye coordination, motor development, and improved social skills. Participants are paired one-on-one with a youth volunteer, and participate in 6-8 week sessions in a group setting.
