+AdHibit Mission: (Artistic Diverse Habitat Inspired to Benefit Inclusive Transformation)

•  Extensive artist-in-residence program cultivating intercultural, intergenerational, and interdisciplinary creative exploration for an artist with or without disabilities.

+ AdHibit Vision:

•  Present opportunities for academic and skilled development within the arts, which might consist of lectures, workshops, exhibitions, scholarships, and residencies.

•  Work in partnership with arts institutions, funding agencies, neighbors, businesses and others in the advancement of the mission of +AdHibit.

•  Endorse an interdisciplinary group residence opportunities for cross-cultural exchange of creative ideas and exploration of shared interest.

•  Encourage artistic expression and exploration through a specific shared perspective or goal toward the value of the group work as equally significant to the achievement of the individual - the artistic dialogue between all residents creates the end product, the whole body of work.

•  Additionally, artist in residence are asked to contribute to community schools, senior centers, civic organizations, adult and juvenile detention centers, and other arts institutions in nearby rural communities from primary school children to senior citizens, benefiting from these community demonstrations, workshops, and classes.

•  Dedicate 3 months annually (March, June, and September), to five artists with disabilities.

•  Honor, connect, and enrich artists of any discipline, including but not limited to photography, creative writing, printmaking, performance, sculpture, painting, drawing, choreography, film, video, musical composition, ceramics, installation art, and performance arts

•  To discourage discrimination in our programs or activities against anyone on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, marital status, ancestry, disability, HIV status, or veteran status.
