    We are a sacramental church and acknowledge that God’s love, grace, and strength come to us in tangible ways through Communion and Baptism. We walk in fellowship with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) and confess their doctrinal understanding to be faithful to Scripture. We gather together regularly to praise God and receive from Him His good gifts of Word and Sacrament. We continue to learn from Him and the Bible more about who He is, who we are and what our unique gifts and calling is. We are discovering and learning how God is calling us to use those gifts as we go into the world to serve others.

    About Us

    The Grove Church began as a church plant in 2018 with a small group of families sold on the idea of creating a church in the Northlake/Argyle, TX area. We started by meeting in small groups and listening to God about who He is calling us to be. In January of 2020 we began worshipping together on a weekly basis at Marty B’s restaurant.

    We are continuing to grow and are looking forward to building on our new property in the area, providing space for our church as well as space for the larger community around us. You will see us around town serving our neighbors and partnering with other nonprofits in a desire to neighbor well and be an impact in our communities. We would love to have you join us on this journey. We are currently seeking a part-time/remote Bookkeeper to help with recording financial activity in QuickBooks.
