Klimact Labs Foundation provides fiscal sponsorship and financial stewardship so that school booster clubs, youth programs, and community-led charitable projects can raise tax-deductible funds, operate with accountability, and focus on their mission without the cost and delay of forming their own nonprofit.

Parent volunteers, coaches, and community leaders often have the passion to support students and neighbors but not the infrastructure to handle money responsibly. Forming a separate nonprofit means state filings, an IRS application, months of waiting, and ongoing compliance that volunteer groups struggle to keep up with, especially as officers change from year to year. Without that structure, groups cannot offer tax-deductible giving, lose out on grants, and risk mishandled funds that damage trust with schools and donors. Klimact Labs Foundation closes that gap. We give community projects an established 501(c)(3) home with sound financial controls, so they can start raising money quickly and spend their energy on the students and communities they serve.
