Our mission is to empower and be a catalyst for positive transformation in the lives of young women from all walks of life.

IMANEE Leadership Program

The IMANEE Leadership Program was designed to empower and encourage middle/junior high school young ladies to live beyond their potential in spite of their individual circumstances. By utilizing an innovative and interactive curriculum, the IMANEE Leadership Program seeks to provide an atmosphere for young women to discuss their views on all aspects of life and society. We strive to focus on the importance of self-confidence, self-awareness, community service and academic achievement.

The IMANEE Leadership Program Journey:

Through our workshops, our young women will:

• Have the opportunity to discover their true gifts and aspirations
• Understand the significance of creating vision boards
• Come into contact with young female entrepreneurs
• Experience weekend adventures to broaden their horizon
• Gain the tools that will help them be an inspiration to their peers

We hold the importance of academics at the core of our program. In order to remain an active participant in the program, our girls are required to maintain at least a B average and attend 85% of our meetings.
