    Fort Bend Family Health Center is committed to improving the quality of life for underserved individuals and families by promoting good health through the delivery of quality integrated services. We are dedicated to providing our services with compassion and respect.

    About Us

    Fort Bend Family Health Center, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit health provider established in the community in 1975. It provides primary care services in the Fort Bend, Wharton and Waller communities. The center is the only provider, in the area, of sliding fee scale health care services for people who are uninsured. Services provided include prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care, as well as mental health/substance abuse and dental services. FBFHC has onsite pharmacy and lab services, and a 24-hour on call physician and provides in-patient care. The "Shot Express" program provides open access immunizations. HIV testing and counseling services are available a well as medical case management and services for children with special health care needs. FBFHC also has a WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program, which operates in Fort Bend and Wharton Counties.
