HCB is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the citizens of Brownsville, Texas. Our mission is to establish strategies, priorities and actions to improve the quality of life in the Brownsville area. Our vision is to foster a community in which members collaborate continually and methodically to coordinate resources and establish initiatives to achieve improved health status, education and skill levels, environmental and other quality of life states.
