The mission of the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law is to protect and promote the observance of human rights and the constitutional and civil rights of immigrants, refugees, indigenous peoples, migrants, children and other minorities.
The Center is a non-profit, public interest legal foundation dedicated to furthering and protecting the civil, constitutional, and human rights of immigrants, refugees, children, and the poor.
The Center is supported by the California Legal Services Trust Fund, private donations, and the receipt of attorneys' fees in major cases. Students, lawyers, and other volunteers are encouraged to join the Center's efforts to protect and promote domestic and international civil and human rights.
