    We keep elderly and/or disabled people out of Nursing Homes who do not need to be there. We match them with people who need a place to stay. The homeowner provides room and board , the homeseeker provides light housekeeping and companionship. Careful screenings are done, with Registered Nurses doing assessments and case management. There is no money exchanged.
