About Us
The Consumer Federation of California advocates for justice in the marketplace. We work for consumer protection laws and regulations at the state, federal and local level.
Our federation includes individual and organizational members. We have close ties to labor, senior, and other social justice organizations. We work in coalition to advance progressive legislation, and to expose corporate abuses.
CFC conducts consumer research and education projects, testifies before legislative bodies, and mobilizes people to stand up for their rights as consumers and as members of the community.
