Speak Out Revolution is an award winning not-for-profit organisation, with a mission to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in the workplace, to cultivate truly inclusive working environments for everyone. Speak Out provide a safe platform for targets of workplace harassment and bullying to anonymously speak out, using the insights captures to raise awareness, educate and empower everyone to become allies for more inclusive work environments. The Speak Out Dashboard present people's lived experience of workplace harassment and their route to resolution, the dashboard is open source and freely accessible on the Speak Out website, so everyone can drive positive change through data driven insights.

Speak Out is in an exciting growth and development period after launching the Speak Out Academy, for organisation on their inclusion journey to accelerate their aspirations, tackle fundamental challenges, to creating truly inclusive workplaces for all.
