    LEAD is a 30-year old interfaith grassroots organization working to achieve a more equitable quality of life for the people of Dayton and the Miami Valley. LEAD brings together persons and organizations (including congregations from many faiths) from across the Dayton area to be a visible and compelling force, inspiring, supporting, and working together for social justice within our organizations and the larger community. We are making a difference in the lives of people and the life of our community. We are building power together to create a just world, right here, right now!
