Black Diamonds Girls Club

In Ghana, girls are twice as likely to drop out of school than their male counterparts. There are multiple factors that contribute to this unfortunate statistic: early marriage and pregnancy, assisting parents, menstruation and school costs. One of those costs includes feminine hygiene products. Black Diamonds Girls Club works to mitigate these effects by providing school age girls with menstrual hygiene education, sustainable menstrual products, and community engagement
