About Us
Conga Kids is an innovative and transformative arts-in-education, charitable foundation with the mission to provide fifth grade students a dynamic partner dance program and ancillary programs that develop their creative potential, and to set a foundation of respect, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and a sense of accomplishment, while teaching important inter-personal communication skills that are essential to life.
The program currently serves 3,500 children from the Lynwood, Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles Unified School Districts with more districts scheduled to come on board in 2017. The program is expanding to include opportunities for children to continue their pursuit of dance through scholarship weekends, summer dance intensives, and performance opportunities.
