About Us
The LEAD Program is a unique, educational non-profit dedicated to closing the achievement gap during the hours after school. We aim to provide excellent tutoring services as well as enrichment activities to children in under-resourced neighborhoods who otherwise do not have access to these services after school.
Graduation rates are less than ideal in New York City. Moreover, studies have shown that by third grade, a child's test scores can greatly predict his or her ability to graduate on time.
We aim to tackle educational inequity early on by providing resources to elementary school children.
