South Pacific Islander Organization

South Pacific Islander Organization's vision is a thriving Pacific Islander community rooted in culture. Our mission is to support and promote Pacific Islander (Polynesian, Micronesian and Melanesian) voices, cultures and communities through:

• Leadership Development: Empowering Pacific Islanders to reach their full potential through traditional models of leadership and organizing;
• Cultural Preservation: Promoting the preservation and awareness of Pacific Islander voices, cultures, and communities; and,
• Community Partnerships: Working with Pacific Islander communities.

We are a California corporation as of December 28, 2018, and we are aiming to receive 501(c)3 tax-exempt status by mid-2019.
