GEAUX BAGS! Project from Non-Profit Geaux 4 Kids,Inc 501(c) 3 It started as a labor of love of K.C. Kilpatrick to help families just like hers who receive children in state custody from DCFS Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services in the "first 24 hours" when they arrived at the foster parents home from abuse & neglect situations. They arrive in an emergency with nothing but the "clothes" on their back.
