Direct Relief's mission is to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergencies by mobilizing and providing the essential medical resources needed for their care.

Direct Relief provides critical medicines and supplies to partners in all 50 US states and more than 80 countries globally without regard to political affiliation, religious belief, ethnic identity or ability to pay, enabling vulnerable communities to reverse poverty trends and prepare and recover from emergencies or conflicts. The organization is the largest global provider of charitable medicines and the only non-profit licensed to distribute in all 50 US states.
