  • About Us

The Animal Rescue Foundation of Texas (ARF) is a Dallas/Ft. Worth-based, non-profit, no-kill animal rescue organization, comprised of an Adoption Center and a network of foster homes. Our mission is rescuing dogs and cats primarily from high kill shelters, treating their medical, emotional and behavioral conditions, and finding them stable, loving homes. Our secondary, and equally important mission, is to spay/neuter stray and feral cats in the DFW area, to help reduce the stray/feral population.
