    Founded in 1995, P.A.L. is a nonprofit community organization that provides prevention, intervention, and advocacy services to children, youth and families. Our mission is to build positive partnerships between youth, police and the community, to prevent juvenile crime, and reduce crimes against youth. Our programs are focused on education enrichment, sports, health & fitness, and leadership mentoring that afford youth the values, assets and skills to succeed. P.A.L. achieves its mission through a unique public-private partnership between the City, Police, School District, Parks & Recreation.
