    We are the Los Angeles Health Care Development Program, an educational partnership between the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 660 and the County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services (DHS). Together SEIU Local 660 and DHS researched, planned, established and secured funding for an innovative program that offers a wide variety of educational and training opportunities to the more than 23,000 DHS workers.
