Delaware CHAMP Network

  • About Us

The Delaware CHAMP Network is a state-wide community based mentoring program dedicated to serving foster youth ages 16 to 21 as they transition out of foster care and into adulthood. The Delaware CHAMP Network consists of the Delaware's Division of Family Services, the State Office of Volunteerism, West End Neighborhood House's Life Lines program, People's Place II, and the Elizabeth W. Murphy School. The uniting goal of these organizations is to expand the youths' network of support. The youth will be matched with a trained volunteer mentor from a selection of diverse candidates. Along with knowledge and skills, a mentor will provide emotional guidance and friendship to a youth.
