Voices of Our City Choir

Our mission is "Reconnecting San Diego's unsheltered neighbors with hope and housing through the healing power of music, individualized care, and advocacy."

At Voices of Our City Choir, we use music to change lives.  We offer a safe, sober space for weekly meals, music, and wellness workshops focused on building purpose life skills. We support each choir member with face-to-face care by partnering with each member in planning and achieving a life off the streets for good.

Our programs and choir community foster friendship, sobriety, and joy. Optional participation in Performance Choir provides work-readiness skill building and opportunities for unhoused artists.

Choir members become changemakers, voicing their lived experiences both in public music performances and local advocacy.  They are the face and voice of our nonprofit in changing the perception of homelessness.
