    We tell relevant, timely, and inclusive stories through productions of world-class plays both new and classical featuring top-tier Michigan Actors, Directors, Stage Managers, Technicians, and Designers. We provide classes for aspiring and seasoned actors to improve their craft by training the actor to think of themself as a complete and transformational artist. We will provide arts education programs that inspire empathy and promote life-long learning to our diverse community. And we celebrate the power of theatre to build empathy, promote discourse, and generate positive change.

    About Us

    We are a professional 501(c)3 Theatre located in Walled Lake, Michigan. Founded by Jeff Thomakos, an actor/director/teacher with over three decades of professional experience, The Inspired Acting Company will open its first season on April 21st, 2023 with Private Lives by Noel Coward. Over the next year and a half, we will have a super-season of six shows including musicals like John and Jen, contemporary plays like The (Curious Case of the) Watson Intelligence, and hard-hitting plays like Cadillac Crew. Beginning in April, we will also offer classes for adults and children.
