    About Us

**Kellan’s Legacy of Love** was founded in memory of Kellan Reynolds, a bright and loving 9-year-old boy who passed away from mitochondrial disease in 2020. Despite enduring numerous hospital visits and medical challenges, Kellan’s spirit was filled with joy, and his love for simple things like fire trucks and Mr. Potato Head inspired those around him. His mother, Donna, created Kellan’s Legacy of Love to continue sharing his joy by supporting families with children facing serious medical conditions.

Our mission is to provide comfort, care, and emotional support to children in hospitals and their families. We offer comforting items such as toys, blankets, room decorations, and gift cards to bring moments of happiness to children during their toughest times. For families, especially those transitioning to hospice care, we provide emotional guidance and resources to help them navigate this difficult journey.

Since our founding, **Kellan’s Legacy of Love** has made a significant impact. We've delivered countless toys and comfort items to hospitalized children, partnered with hospitals to identify families in need, and offered vital emotional support to families facing end-of-life care decisions. We’ve also built partnerships with organizations like **Freckles and Friends**, expanding our reach and ability to serve more families. Through our efforts, we continue to honor Kellan's memory, spreading love and support to families in need.
