    The Chula Vista Police Foundation is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that provides supplemental funding and resources to the Chula Vista Police Department to support efforts that enhance police/community relations, crime prevention and public safety. The Foundation is a community partner to the police department and provides grant funding to support programs such as the Police Canine (K-9) program, the School Resource Officer program, the Senior Volunteer Patrol and Police Explorers program. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of committed community and business leaders passionate about public safety.
