HEARTFIRE Missions is an international medical mission organization providing college & high school students an opportunity to leave their routine behind and step into the uncomfortable - a place where transformational growth occurs.

Our Vision

To transform the lifelong trajectory of young adults in the communities in which we serve, teaching them to properly exercise their God-given influence as we develop the next generation of world-changing leaders. 

Our Mission

HEARTFIRE trains young adults to perform basic medical skills and to advance their humanitarian aptitude; and then provides unique opportunities to travel abroad on medical & humanitarian mission trips, transporting them from their familiar surroundings to serve in the unfamiliar... a place where real transformation begins. 

Our Values

• Our vision, mission and motivation are driven by our conviction that Jesus’ love for us compelled Him to leave the glory of His heavenly throne room to enter His creation and rescue us from our sin through His death on the cross. [2 Cor 5:21, Gal 2:20]

• We have been persuaded that it is not our goodness or works that lead to eternal salvation, but only by faith in the perfection and saving grace of Jesus Christ. [Eph 2:8-9]

• Yet we are convinced that this life is a try-out for eternity and desire to be found faithful as we build on the only foundation of Jesus Christ. We realize it is only through God’s grace that we are counted worthy to plant seeds or to water them… but it is only He who makes them grow. [1 Cor. 3:5-15]

• We endeavor to make plain the mystery that when we finally choose to empty ourselves of our worldly desires that God, through His son Jesus Christ, fills us with something immeasurably greater and leads us on the unimaginable adventure He had in mind for us all along. [Luke 9:23-24] Once we taste His plan for our lives, everything we once counted as worthwhile loses all value compared to knowing the real Treasure. [Matt 13:44, Phil 3:8]

• We strive to promote integrity, honesty, and transparency in the manner in which we conduct our daily financial and management operations. We desire to be good stewards of all resources that God has entrusted to us.

• HEARTFIRE opens its mission trips without regard to religion, race or ethnicity to those participants who desire to serve others.

• HEARTFIRE welcomes supporters and volunteers who recognize and are willing to serve within our values.
