    Winn Reading improves reading skills, confidence and enthusiasm for emergent readers in our region.

    About Us

    Winn Reading goes into the schools during the school day to help students in Pre-K through 3rd grade with reading skills. Literacy Mentors complete a background check and obtain a school badge from Cincinnati Public Schools. They work with children one-on-one or in groups of two or three to improve reading skills. Literacy Mentors build a relationship with the children they help. They must commit to one hour a week working with the same students.

    We are currently in need of Literacy Mentors living on the west side of Cincinnati to tutor in a CPS school.
