    Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit food rescue organization. RLC uses a custom web application to crowdsource community members as "Rescuers" to transport excess food from food donor partners to nonprofit organizations, feeding people instead of landfills.
