About Us
Our Lady of the Assumption Parish is a large, multi-cultural and tri-lingual community with an active Catholic School. It has been blessed with a long tradition of vibrant liturgies, excellence in education, collaborative parish leadership, the partnership of diverse cultures, good stewardship, and commitment to social justice education and advocacy. Its programs are family centered and responsive to contemporary family realities. The OLA community is comfortable with innovation and a multi-cultural environment. It seeks to build bridges between the institutional Church and the domestic Church, and envision ways to meet the needs of people beyond expected or traditional models.
