Member Duties : The VISTA at BCSR will be a part of the 201-20 Up2Us Sports VISTA Cohort of 20 members. The Capacity Builder is a fundamental part of BCSR's newly approved strategic plan. This position will help carry out the strategic plan at nearly every level of the organization. -Work along side the Executive Director on a daily basis -Create lasting partnerships with like-minded organizations -Establish new partnerships with corporate donors -Attend business meetings with partners and donors -Work with marketing team on managing social media marketing -Develop a new on-boarding and training system for new volunteer coaches -Track coach certifications -Organize student practice participation data -Create systems to improve the swim equipment inventory records -Communicate with member parents about meets, practice calendars, events, education and volunteer opportunities -Research grants and create a tracking system for application dates and timelines - Attend Board Meetings
