A care plan is written especially for you by our nurses and therapists, in conference with your physician. Each paitent's situation is unique-many of the problems, coping strategies and emotions are not. Our specialized experience can help patients and their families to accept reality, learn to effectively deal with problems and frustrations, and maintain personal motivation and hope.
