Mission: To positively impact Napa County older adults and those who are disabled with resources for health, independence, and quality of life. Programs: We serve as an essential resource by providing tools to keep you safe and healthy at home. Yvonne's Front Porch Donation Center focusses on accepting and redistributing durable medical equipment, nutritional supplies, incontinence items, and more. We accept donations of gently used medical equipment and home health supplies that would otherwise end up in landfills, and in turn, provide these items at no cost to community members. We provide home deliveries each week to those clients that are homebound. Stop Falls Program aims to reduce the risk and fear of falling at home by conducting home safety assessments by licensed Occupational Therapists and home installations by licensed professionals. Declutter Program facilitates necessary, hands-on organizational and cleanup services to help older and disabled people living in unhealthy conditions, extreme hoarding, and who are facing eviction.
