Natasha Holiday is an insurgent challenging 20-year incumbent, District Leader Mary Hobson, in the 42nd District. Hobson has served East Flatbush, Ditmas Park and Midwood well in her tenure, but the time for change is right now; The neighborhoods of the 42nd district are long overdue for new leadership that prioritizes results and policy innovation.
