Mentors & Motivators Africa

Mentors & Motivators Africa is an International youth organization currently based in Nairobi, Kenya. It was formed by inspired young leaders from Africa who have been part of Oxfam International youth Partnerships (OIYP), a program managed by Oxfam Australia. Oxfam International Youth Partnerships (OIYP) gave the M&M Africa founders a platform to know each other, share their passion and challenges facing Africa. On this realization that they had one thing in common, they then forge ahead for an oriented future for the region through M&M Africa initiative.

M&M Africa came into existence mainly to strengthen and build sustainable youth organizations within Africa. The organization is committed to mentoring and empowering regional youth organizations and individual members in all fields of development as per the wishes and objectives of the members in making life productive and better. We work regionally within Africa with local youth organizations and individuals, registered and non registered members. So far, we have 85 member organizations of which 31 are environmental organizations and groups. And others conduct various developmental activities like peaceful coexistence, HIV prevention, care and treatment, Quality Education, Agriculture and sports across the continent. Individual members are more than 500. Most benefit from acquiring information and various consultations. When our members have a vision and are stuck, we give them the game plan. We work behind the scenes to position our members to maximum success. Since its inception, M&M Africa has a proven record of generating results.

We recognize the importance of cost-efficient and timely service, and our efforts are assiduously tailored to our members’ needs and resources.
