National Federation for Just Communities

About Us

The National Federation for Just Communities supports its member organizations in the human relations work of building community by advancing inclusion & justice throughout the United States. NFJC builds upon a history of 85 years of social justice programs for communities, businesses, schools, and institutions across America. We recognize that with the increasing diversity of our society, this work is at the forefront of the issues, challenges, and opportunities faced by the many constituencies in our communities, across the country and, indeed, globally. Rooted in the connections of our local members to their communities and regions, the scope of programs is informed by local needs and enhanced by a national view of trends and perspectives. This is a tradition with deep roots, strong passion, and a commitment to valuing diversity, inclusion, and respect for all, the hallmarks of the work of our member organizations.
