Opening A Group Home In Illinois

My name is Erika Willis and I am interested in turning my home into a group home for young girls or teenage mothers. I currently live in Illinios but, I am looking to move back to California soon. I would rather use my house for a good cause as oppose to dealing with renters. Please post any information you can share with me on how to go about opening a group home.
