Mission
Masakhane is a youth driven organization providing community-based sexuality education in and around Newark, NJ. Masakhane’s anti-racist, pro-queer & pro-trans approach to sex-positive programming seeks to promote sexual liberation, including the right to pleasure, for marginalized communities.
About Us
Our programs are usually conducted in a series of at least 6 workshops where we hit on a variety of sexuality topics that are important to the audience. We are available to work with people of all ages in all settings (schools, shelters, parenting groups, places of worship, etc.).
We have a vibrant internship program that provides young people with real world sexuality education experience and training.
