    The Coulee Region Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) works with non-profit agencies in La Crosse and Monroe County in Wisconsin to address identified community needs by recruiting, placing and supporting volunteers. RSVP volunteers assist in schools, volunteer with a driver escort program, through handcraft projects and over 135 other locations and one time events; such as volunteers at the La Crosse Symphony and at the Habitat Restore. Volunteers serve meals to senior citizens, visit in nursing homes, and many other opportunities
