Next Step shatters limitations and elevates aspirations of teens and young adults living with chronic life threatening diseases. Next Step's programs provide in-person support, education and resources. Relationships are forged, communities built, and minds opened to new possibilities for overcoming obstacles, surviving and thriving. We empower seriously ill young people to move from "Why me?" to "What's next?" during their transition to adulthood.
